SME General Helpdesk in Hunza

Bank Alfalah recently joined hands with SMEDA’s Women Development Wing to organize a dedicated awareness session for women entrepreneurs in Lahore. Our core objective was to spread awareness and provide handholding through our Non-financial Advisory Services Program and disseminate knowledge about SME financing to the thriving women business community.

Women Entrepreneurs hailing from various sectors were subsequently provided guidance on SBP’s RF and credit guarantee scheme for Women Entrepreneurs and PM’s Kamyab Jawan Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme respectively.

SME General Helpdesk at Quetta Chamber of Commerce & Industry

Bank Alfalah organized a SME General Helpdesk in collaboration with SMEDA at Quetta Chamber of Commerce & Industry on 25th August, 2021. The purpose of this helpdesk was to create awareness among the local SMEs regarding the benefits of engaging with financial institutions.

The helpdesk also provided the local SMEs an opportunity to understand the various banking services and financing options available and being offered by Bank Alfalah. Overall, the session received great feedback and was well acknowledged by the audience in attendance.

SME Thematic Helpdesk in Lahore

Bank Alfalah organized a Thematic Helpdesk at Bank Alfalah Shadman Branch, Lahore on 27th August, 2021. An expert was engaged to provide advice and consultancy to the SMEs on Digital & Social Media Marketing. The one-on-one consultation session received an extremely favorable response from the SMEs in attendance. By conducting such sessions in BAFL branches all across Pakistan, we intend to help our customers tackle issues confronting their business and enable them in effectively expanding their operations with our help.

Awareness Session on PMKJYES for Fisherman Community at Muzaffargarh

Bank Alfalah organized an awareness session on Prime Minister’s Kamyab Jawan Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme for the fisherman community located at Muzaffargarh on 4th August, 2021. The session was primarily aimed at raising awareness about this government subsidized scheme that allows them to avail financing from the bank at very low mark-up rates. Representatives from Muzaffargarh Fishermen Associations were also present at the occasion and appreciated the efforts of Bank Alfalah in providing handholding to this segment.

Bank Alfalah organized an awareness session on Prime Minister’s Kamyab Jawan Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme for the fisherman community located at Ibrahim Haideri on 11th June, 2021. The session was primarily aimed at raising awareness about this government-subsidized scheme that allows them to avail financing from the bank at very low mark-up rates. By organizing such sessions we are expanding our horizon by entering into untouched segments to extend our boundaries and outreach.

SME Awareness Session for Women Business Entrepreneurs

Bank Alfalah collaborated with Quetta – Women Chamber of Commerce & Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) to host a two days’ workshop specifically crafted for the women business community of Quetta, Balochistan. Our objective was to spread awareness and provide handholding through our Non-financial Advisory Services Program and disseminate knowledge about SME financing to the thriving business community of Quetta.

Awareness Session with National Incubation Center, Quetta

Bank Alfalah was part of an information session held at National Incubation Center Quetta. NIC Quetta has been working to develop startups to become an engine of social transformation and economic growth through its fast-track incubation program designed to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses, from idea to execution. Students and budding women entrepreneurs from cottage industry of Quetta attended the session.

Virtual Helpdesk in Collaboration with SMEDA for Dairy Farmers

Bank Alfalah collaborated with Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) to conduct a series of Virtual Helpdesks designed for dairy farmers. Bank Alfalah is the only bank in Pakistan to organize dedicated helpdesks for its Agri customers in order to facilitate them by outstretching their boundaries. This activity was conducted on a one-on-one discussion format, which allows experts to address each query individually and provide customized advice.
